We invite you to the second edition of the World Championships in Nordic Walking! Everyone can participate! The competition is not only about checking yourself against the best athletes in the world, meeting the creator of Nordic Walking - Marko Kantaneva, but also great fun and lots of attractions for the whole family or team!

RULES OF CLASSIFICATION FOR THE FINALS:
For the individual finals of the World Championships at the distance of 5 km the qualifiers are (at least one of two conditions must be met):
- 5 best times from qualification in each age category of women and men
- 60 best times from women's general classification and 60 best times from men's general classification.
The following qualify for the individual finals of the World Championships over a distance of 10 km (at least one of two conditions must be met):
- 5 best qualifying times in each age category of women and men
- 60 best times in women's general classification and 60 best times in men's general classification.
World Championships team classification:
- A team consists of competitors who have qualified for the championship finals (on the second day of the competition), in the maximum number of 3 women and 3 men competing at the distance of 5km; 2 women and 2 men at the distance of 10km and 1 man and 1 woman competing at the distance of 21km
- Entries of team members will be automatically taken from the results list, according to the best times in age categories on the second day of competition
- Points for the team classification will be assigned according to the place in age categories on the second day of competition

18:00- 22:00- Opening of competitors' accreditation office
19:00- Opening ceremony of ONWF & ENWO World Championships, welcoming competitors from each country, parade of flags, swearing in of the judges of the WNW World Championships
Saturday, June 18, 2022
8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. - Opening of the Accreditation Office
10:00 - start of the 10 km qualification
12:00 - start of qualifications at the distance of 5 km
14:00 - announcement of qualification results
Sunday - 19th June 2022
7:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. - Opening of the office of accreditation of competitors
08:00 - Start at the distance of 21 km
09:00 - Starting at the 10km distance
11:00 - Starting at the 5km distance
13:00- decorations of the 21km, 10km, 5km races
16:00- Closing ceremony of the WCW
Key starting Information
- The starts of the first day are held according to age categories.
- The start on the second day (championship final) is made according to the time achieved on the first day
- In case of no appearance of a competitor at the start in his/her age category (on the first day of the competition) or according to the specified order (on the second day of the competition), the competitor starts at the end of the rate and receives a yellow card
- No appearance of a competitor at the start within 15 minutes from the starting time will result in disqualification of the competitor.
- Judge's briefing is held 10 minutes before the start time
- On the second day of the finals the competitors receive new starting numbers
- It is forbidden to use audio headphones during the race under pain of disqualification
